Cooper Flagg and Duke's Arianna Roberson Go Public With Relationship

Dallas Mavericks rookie Cooper Flagg and Duke center Arianna Roberson made their relationship official in the most 2026 way possible — a coordinated-outfit TikTok from Turks and Caicos. Roberson posted the video Thursday showing the couple in matching looks across multiple photos, hands intertwined throughout. Flagg doubled down with an Instagram Story photo of the two kissing, punctuated with two black heart emojis, which Roberson then reshared.

The relationship had been quietly signaled a month earlier when Roberson sat alongside Flagg's parents, Kelly and Ralph, at the press conference where he received his Rookie of the Year award. Despite both being Duke Blue Devils, the two never overlapped in Durham — Roberson just wrapped up her freshman season, while Flagg was already the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.

Flagg's rookie year was exceptional by any measure: 21.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game, edging out Knueppel in a tight Rookie of the Year vote.
